Q. How safe are my advance payments?

A. We have always complied with the 1992 Package Travel Regulations by operating a Clients' Trust Account with our bankers. This is an alternative arrangement to the more usual method of having an ABTA licence which permits a Travel Agent or Tour Operator to use customers' money to finance its running expenses. We are financially strong, so we are happy to keep your payments locked away until you have returned from your holiday.

Q. How do I make a reservation?

A. Find out if we have availability by looking on this website at the top of each holiday page or make a telephone call to 01375 383000 between 9.00 AM and 9.00 PM on any day of the week. If our recorded message service cuts in, we will respond at the earliest opportunity. We will send you a confirmation invoice as soon as we have processed a deposit payment which can be made with a cheque through the post, or with a credit card or debit card over the telephone.

Q. What do you include in the tour price?

A. Luxury coach with toilet and air conditioning. Accommodation always en suite, mostly 3-stars standard. Meals always full breakfast and Table d'hote dinner (or lunch). Services of a Tour Escort throughout your holiday.
